Relief Vehicle after 24 hours
Concept Serviceplan relief vehicle is ideal for clients who cannot be without a vehicle whilst it off the road for mechanical repair. Relief Vehicle may be added to any Concept Serviceplan maintenance package for a fee dependent on type of vehicle required.
Relief Vehicle offers complete peace of mind and includes the provision of a replacement vehicle of a class which is set at the start of the agreement, for up to 28 days per incident.
Our relief vehicle service is provided on mechanical failure, and where such failure is deemed to continue for longer than 24 hours. This is subject to confirmation from an authorised repairing agent.
