Early Termination

Should you wish to discuss ending your agreement early for any reason, then please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 043 2050 who will be happy to help. Please note that we will need details of your vehicle registration number and current mileage. An early termination penalty will normally apply, please refer to your agreement for further details or contact our Customer Services team.

Amending Contracted Mileage

Your lease agreement may be subject to a total contracted mileage limit. Should your circumstances change, we may be able to arrange for your contracted mileage to change to avoid paying too much/paying excess mileage charges.

Please contact our Customer Services team for more information or to arrange a quotation. Please note that it not normally possible to amend mileage within the last 6 months of an agreement

Parking Penalty Notices/Traffic Contraventions

In the event that you receive a penalty notice, please ensure it is paid promptly (unless it’s disputed). In the event that a ‘notice to owner’ is issued, you will receive details from our underwriting provider, and an administration fee may be charged.

Details of traffic contraventions are normally sent straight to the registered owner of the vehicle, and where necessary, will be forwarded on to the lessee.  An administration charge may also be payable, please refer to your lease documentation for further details.
