Warranty Repairs
If your vehicle was supplied as new via a UK main dealership, then your vehicle will have a manufacturer provided warranty which normally covers all non-service items. Should your vehicle develop a problem which is not part of routine servicing, please contact our driver helpline on 0800 043 2070 who will be happy to assist in booking your vehicle in with your local dealership. Out of Contract Repairs & Recharges
Where work is required outside of the contract inclusions, Concept Serviceplan Driver Services will still offer a professional cost control service to minimise costs to you. This is a priceless service as significant savings can be made against repairer requests ensuring you only pay for what you need, and at discounted prices.
Glass Recharge
Glass and glass pieces such as light lenses etc are specifically excluded from all fixed price agreements, however, Concept Serviceplan Driver Services can facilitate all glass replacement and liaise with you or your insurance company to obtain settlement.
