Service/Repair Authorisation - Important Notice

Concept Serviceplan are unable to facilitate 'walk-in' or 'self-booked' appointments, all bookings must be made via www.conceptserviceplan.co.uk or by calling our Driver Helpline on 0800 043 2070 (excludes certain emergencies).

Courtesy Vehicles / Collection & Delivery

As part of Concept Serviceplan driver services facilitation, and subject to availability by our repairing agent, we can arrange a courtesy vehicle or a collection/delivery service when your vehicle is in for service/repair. You can make this request when booking on-line or by calling 0800 043 2070.

Please note that average service lead-times for these services may extend to 14-21 days. It is essential, where a courtesy vehicle is requested, that you present your driving licence (card and counterpart for a new style) when collecting your vehicle. Some dealerships may also require a swipe of a credit/debit card to cover any unexpected loss/damage. Clients are required in the majority of cases to self insure courtesy vehicles, however certain repairers do offer insurance for a small charge, this would be the responsibility of the driver and not Concept Serviceplan.
