Lost / Stolen Cards
In the event that you lose or have your fuel card stolen, please adopt the following procedures to ensure no fraudulent transactions are charged to the card.
- Call 0870 419 5165 immediately
- Provide an estimate of the time & place of the lost card
- Report the theft / loss to your employer
- Inform Concept Serviceplan Allstar in writing within 48 hours
