Accident Management Procedures
If you have included Accident Management in your maintenance contract, you will be covered in the United Kingdom by RAC Accident Management.
The following level of cover is included:
- Recovery Service
- Call Handling & Administration
- Uninsured Loss Recovery
- Group A Courtesy Vehicle for up to 28 days per incident
In the event that your vehicle is involved in an accident, please adopt the following procedures to ensure you are attended to as quickly as possible.
- Call 0800 043 2070
- Provide your registration number
- Report that you have had an accident
- Advise of your estimated position (i.e. Jct 10 of M25 westbound) and the colour of your vehicle
- Follow the instructions of the call handler
Out of Hours
If you dial Concept Serviceplan on 0800 043 2070 an automated telephone system is in operation out of standard business hours, please listen to the entire message and press option 2 to be transferred direct to the Accident Management.
If you do not have Concept Serviceplan Accident Management, you will need to speak to your vehicle insurance provider. Your underwriting lease provider will need to be advised if your vehicle is subject to a full write off.
Please note that all vehicles supplied on a lease/finance agreement should be insured fully comprehensively. Your chosen insurance provider should allow for vehicles which are owned by a third party leasing company.
