Concept Serviceplan offers comprehensive fixed cost vehicle maintenance & management solutions which can run alongside any fleet procurement option (including ‘outright purchase’), regardless of whom is used to supply/fund your vehicle.
SMRT Serviceplan contracts include all servicing in line with manufacturers intervals, general maintenance and repair work (for fair wear & tear). In addition, we include tyres on a premium brand policy. Fixed term costs are established at the start of your agreement and are paid for by monthly, annual or contract in advance Direct Debit to ensure accurate budgeting.
A dedicated driver helpline is available through a Freephone number (0800 043 2070) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 per year with a speed dial service to the appropriate repairing agent who will cover any requirement or emergency a driver may have out of hours.
A range of additional options are available to create a truly bespoke contract dependent on your individual requirements. SMRT Serviceplan can run alongside a lease agreement, or simply run as an independent contract to spread the cost of your vehicle servicing.
